About Me

Introduction of Tam Kit Yee

I am a student who graduated from Diploma in Hospitality Management at Inti International College, Subang and currently undergraduate in Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Conventions and Events Management at Sunway University. Besides, I am from Pahang and complete my studies of secondary schools at my hometown which is Kuala Lipis, Pahang.

Moreover, I had 4 months internship experience as a Customer Service Officer at Plaza Premium Lounge which located at Gateway @KLIA 2 and also am proud of being one of the pre-opening team member of the first Aerotel at Kuala Lumpur. In additional, one of my career experience of being an admin assistant of Sales and Training Department help me gains lot of experience on event organizing, which also inspire me on the passion of events industry.

Furthermore, I am a person who would put a lot of effort on events organizing, especially on concert and entertainment as I am a big fans of K-pop. Besides, I am very Friendly and like to explore new things to make my life more interesting. Thus, I personally like to communicate with people to meet new friends to expand my interpersonal relationship. In my own opinion, face to face communication is the best way to communicate as you can more understand a person personality by the body language, gesture and also facial expression.

As for my journey of being a Event Student, I found my passion to joining the event industry as for my future career life. Besides, I also learned lots of knowledge no matter soft skills or practical on event organizing which help me grow on event organizing. I am appreciated our schools and lecture to give us the opportunity to learn how to be a professional event organizer and also provide us the learning platform to gains more practical experience on events management.
