This is an event that aims to celebrated Valentines with yours love one. Besides, the color code of this event is red and pink, all our guest and crews should be wear the items or clothes in the red and pink. As the color represent Valentines is the red and pink, therefore we set it as our color code. This event also provide the romantic dining experience for our guests with Valentines decorated dining atmosphere in Alkira Restaurant, INTI International College Subang.

This event is aim to welcome the newbies who just joined INTI SOHOS and prepared few session which including the welcome speech from our Dean of SOHOS, Dancing performance, ice breaking game session and also BBQ party served as dinner.

I am proud to get the opportunity to join this event as the Logistic Team Leaders which need to prepared the venue floor plan, lunch buffet line and also the dining space seating arrangement. This event is organized by INTI SOHOS Society, sponsored by Cheffaro Malaysia. This event is a cooking competition presented by the high schools student who talented in culinary. The participant needs to be creative and  using the Cheffaro brand seasoning to cook 1 dishes with 3 different cuisine.
Spice Up! Pajamas Steamboat Party

One of my past event which organize by me and my classmate during my studies of Diploma in Hospitality Management. This event is a dining events which themed with pajamas and serving Korean Army Stew and also setting up dessert buffet bar for our guest. Moreover, this is event door gift is sponsored by Pringles Malaysia. Thus, appreciated that we also get the sponsored Ramen, one of the main ingredient of Army Stew by Mr Dakgalbi SS15, Subang Jaya.

Berries Forest, Beverage Studies Practical Examination

Berries Forest is my house special mocktail for my final practical exam. It is a mocktail with the combination of mixed berries syrup, lemon juice, top up with sprite and decorated with chopped strawberries, fresh blueberries, lemon and mint leaves.
