My First Café Latte

I am getting excited for every Tuesday Beverage Studies practical class as I found my interest on it. Today lessons is one of interest topic which is practicing on brewing espresso and milk frothing. I learned that, the one shot of espresso is 30ml and the perfect frothed milk for latte art temperature should be in the range of 63°C to 65°C with a exquisite milk forth. I felt a bit nervous when it is my turn to practicing milk frothing but I am successfully frothing my milk in the perfect temperature range and smooth milk forth. Under the guidance of my lecture, I tried to make a basic heart shape latte art but it was not successful. However, I just felt a bit upset but I will be improving skills by practicing more on it. One failure does not mean anything, as long as keep practicing, one day I will taste the sweetness of success.
